Love & Relationships
Most of us have had unsuccessful relationships, which didn't work out. After the breakup, people tend to move forward in their lives until they meet a new person.
Television anchor Dina Ramez presented an interesting question during a report on her show "Set El-Setat" on Sada el-Balad concerning one's reaction to a wedding invitation from an old flame.
"What if your ex-lover invited you to attend their wedding. Would you go and how would you behave?"
Some of the surveyed said they would come to see why they chose their new partner over them, while others said they would prepare for revenge. One girl said she would attend the wedding, congratulate them and even dance with the bride herself. "I will go, why not ?! I no longer have feelings for them," one man said, but if I still love the girl, I won't be able to do it.
On her part, Ramez advised her audience not to attend any occasions for their former beloveds to prevent being placed under any harsh conditions, either from the audience, who can circulate rumors or from retrieving memories from the past.
If someone met their blast from the past, it is okay to greet them but, never attend their wedding," she concluded.
Newly Banned Medications
On the other hand, some social media circulated, after the Ministry of Health issued a statement recalling and banning certain medications, including those containing Sandoz ranitidine over cancer concerns. These medications include "Zantac" and "Rani Effervescent" Granules
In the meantime, the ministry will conduct further tests on these drugs to make a final decision on the ban.
Fashion and Beauty
As for fashion, Ramez spoke about Egyptian designer Hany El-Behairy, who has presented new designs during his participation in Paris Fashion Week.
Egypt’s Ambassador to France Ihab Badawi and his spouse Omnia have attended the event as well as a galaxy of attendees.
The fashion show was held at Hotel Ritz Paris at Place Vendôme, where the largest shops of diamonds and watches are located.
The masterpiece was handworked beaded from the bottom of the tail.
The density of the embroidery increases until it reaches the center and chest. The dress was applauded by famous fashion critics.
The dress was made up of fabrics of lace, taffeta, satin, and silk with introducing materials such as leather and feathers to create uniqueness in each design.
Mothers & Schools
Set El-Setat also interviewed some mothers to talk about the latest at the beginning of the new school year, starting from the school requirements, best schools, teachers, books, and curriculum.
One of the attendees, the founder of a group called "Mummies," said that parents' groups on social media are crucial because most parents do not have enough time to follow up with their children. "Groups put you inside your children's school while you are at home or work."

"You can also learn about the duties and problems of children by communicating via social media with teachers and student counselors," she added.
For young children in kindergarten, they have an online link book, which includes all homework, comments on the child, etc.
Nutrition & Diet
Ramez also received founder of the Egyptian Obesity Initiative, nutrition and beauty expert Doaa Sohail.
Suhail stressed that one of the main causes of obesity is the rise in appetite. Some suffer from depression, anxiety, and stress, which pushes the hormone serotonin to decline, and urges the hormone leptin up, pushing them to eat more food.
Recent evidence suggests that leptin regulates appetite and energy expenditure, at least in part by inhibiting serotonin synthesis and secretion from brain stem neurons.
Some natural plant-based diet makes ur stomach filled up, making the person thirsty. "The more you drink, the more the stomach is filled up without necessity of eating," she stressed.

As for people, who experience hunger during the night, Suhail said that their day is upside down. They should have breakfast in the morning, midday lunch and early dinner, where the hormone that burns the calories from the thyroid gland works most during the day.
The person should start lunch with a salad dish, then start eating. Some people have a normal rate of burns, and after taking the adequate diet course, they eat less, prompting the body to burn long term fats in the body, other, however, have lower rates or perform less exercise.
"All studies confirm that tropical plants including Rasberry (40 pieces per course) and hydroxy-citric acid (HCA) in Garcinia inhibit the ATP-dependent citrate lyase," she concluded.
