Dieng, Soliman to Join Al Ahly Training After Recovery

Mali Aliou Dieng and Walid Soliman, players of the first team of Al-Ahly, are attending the training of the red team tomorrow after they recovered from the Coronavirus.

Soliman announced that he recovered from the Coronavirus.

Soliman said on "Instagram" that the result of the test that he underwent was negative and thanked those who supported him in his recent crisis.

He was infected with Coronavirus before facing Zamalek in the CAF Champions League final.

Al Ahly also announced the negative test result for the midfielder, Dieng, after the player underwent the medical treatment protocol of the Egyptian Ministry of Health during the past days.

Dieng was infected with Coronavirus before the CAF Champions League final, in which Al Ahly won for the ninth time in its history.

Dieng and Soliman are preparing to join the team’s training Tuesday, ending the rest that the coaching staff gave to the players, following the Egypt Cup coronation for the 37th time in the club’s history.

The Egyptian Football Association Competitions Committee announced the dates for the first seven rounds of the Premier League competition for the 2020-2021 season.

Al Ahly faces its counterpart Misr Al-Maqasa, on Sunday, December 13, in the first round, at Al Ahly Stadium in Al Salam, at exactly 19:30 CLT.

In the second round, Al Ahly will confront its counterpart Ghazl El-Mahalla, on Friday, December 18 at 19:30 CLT, and the stadium that will host that match has not yet been decided.

The third round will be postponed to Monday, January 11th, due to Al Ahly's clashes in the Champions League, where Al-Ahly will meet in this round with Al-Ittihad of Alexandria in Al-Salam Stadium at 5 pm.

As for the fourth round, the century club will meet Zamalek on Monday, December 28, at half-past seven in the evening at Borg Al Arab Stadium in Alexandria.

In the fifth round, Champion of Africa will confront the Wady Degla on Friday 1 January, in Al-Salam Stadium at exactly seven-thirty.

In the sixth round, the Red Devils will play with Ceramica Cleopatra on Friday, January 8th, at the new Suez Stadium at half-past seven.

As for the seventh round, the Reds will stand up against the Al-Antag Al-Harby in Al-Salam stadium, on Friday, January 15th at half-past seven in the evening.
