Deputy US Secretary of State Wendy Sherman will meet with Western officials in Paris on May 7 to discuss coordination on Ukraine, the US State Department announced in a statemnet on Saturday.
Sherman will meet with Secretary-General of the French Minister of Foreign Affairs (MFA) Francois Delattre, German MFA Andreas Michaelis and Italian MFA Ettore Sequi, UK Minister of State for Europe and North America James Cleverly James Cleverly, according to the statmnet.
The meetings aim “to discuss our ongoing, close coordination to respond to Putin’s brutal, unprovoked war against Ukraine,” the statmnet read.
It is scheduled that, Deputy US Secretary of State will visit South Africa, Angola and Gabon, before heading to France.
