3 cups mixed salad greens
1 peach, sliced
1 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper for taste
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, peach slices, blueberries, feta cheese, and pecans.
In a small bowl, whisk balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
Drizzle the dressing on the salad and gently toss to coat.
