The death toll from a fuel tanker blast near a hospital in South Africa has risen to 26, including eight nurses.
Local news reports said that while two people are still missing, several people are also being treated as they are suffering third-degree burns.
The police arrested the driver of the tanker who was transporting gas from Richards Bay to Botswana, but the authorities confirmed that he was subsequently released for lack of evidence.
