Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated that Ankara is closely monitoring developments in Syria, emphasizing the importance of rebuilding the country and implementing swift recovery plans to address the devastation it has suffered.
Speaking at the D-8 Summit in Cairo, Erdogan highlighted Turkey's efforts to stabilize Syria, empower its people, and restore their control over Syrian territory.
He expressed hope for the respect of all ethnic groups in Syria, the successful reconstruction of the country, and the establishment of peace for all. Erdogan also called for the eradication of terrorism in Syria at its roots.
