Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince of Bahrain and Prime Minister, congratulated President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi on Egypt’s success in hosting the 27th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP27).
The Crown Prince also hailed the discussion that the conference witnessed about the most prominent environmental challenges and ways to intensify efforts to ensure the environmental and climate security that the countries of the world aspire to.
This came during a cable of thanks and congratulations by the Bahraini Crown Prince to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi at the end of his visit to Egypt, during which he attended on behalf of Bahraini King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the activities of the 27th Conference of the Parties to the UN Convention United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP27) in Sharm El-Sheikh, BNA news agency reported.
In the cable, the Bahraini Crown Prince also expressed his thanks for the warm reception and hospitality, which reflects the strength of the relations between the two brotherly countries, wishing further progress and prosperity for the Arab Republic of Egypt and its brotherly people.
