Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, received a phone call from Andrej Plenković, Prime Minister of Croatia.
During the call, the two leaders discussed the current military escalation in the region and its dangerous implications for regional security and stability.
According to the Emirates News Agency (WAM), the Croatian Prime Minister expressed his condemnation of the "blatant Iranian attacks targeting the UAE" and several brotherly nations.
He emphasized that these actions constitute a grave violation of state sovereignty, international laws, and the United Nations Charter.
Both sides called for an immediate halt to the military escalation in the region and a return to dialogue and diplomatic channels to safeguard regional peace and security.
