On Sunday, the Appeal Court of Giza supported the previously issued decision of imposing sequestration over late actor Ahmed Zaki's properties after dismissing the appeal requested by Rami Ezz El Din, Haitham Ahmed Zaki's half brother.
Previously, the Giza court imposed sequestration over Zaki's properties after the death of Haitham.
Following his death, a clash erupted between Ahmed Zaki's sister, Mona Attia, and his former wife Hala Fouad's son, Rami Ezz El Din.
Attia accused Ezz El Din of selling a number of Zaki's belongings and properties, which was considered a disrespectful attitude to such a legendary actor.
Haitham Ahmed Zaki died in 2017 due to hypotensive shock.
