Corona Kills More Than 707,000 People, Affects 19 Million

The Coronavirus has so far claimed the lives of more than 707,000 people around the world, and the number of infected has approached 19 million, according to the latest data and statistics from Johns Hopkins University today, Thursday.

In the United States, the number of victims of the outbreak of the Corona virus in the United States, the most affected countries in the world, exceeded 158 thousand people, and recorded more than 4.8 million infections so far.

In Brazil, which is ranked second in the list of the most affected countries, the number of deaths reached more than 97 thousand deaths, and two million and 860 thousand injuries have been recorded since the outbreak began.

In third place, came Mexico, where about 50 thousand people died as a result of the outbreak, and 456 thousand cases were recorded.

Britain recorded more than 46 thousand cases of death due to the outbreak of the Corona virus, and the number of infections exceeded 307 thousand cases, followed by India, which ranks fifth in the list of the most affected countries, with more than 40 thousand deaths and a million 964 thousand cases.

In sixth place is Italy, which has recorded 35 thousand deaths and 248 thousand injuries since the outbreak began.

The Corona virus in France, which ranks seventh in the list of those worst affected by the epidemic, claimed the lives of more than 32,000 people, while more than 228,000 cases were recorded, according to the latest figures and data from "Johns Hopkins University" today, Thursday.

In Spain, 28,400 people have died so far due to the outbreak, and more than 305,000 cases have been recorded.

In Peru, the health authorities recorded 20, 200 deaths and more than 447,000 injuries.

It should be noted that the death rate varies from one country to another, and is linked to several causes and factors, the most important of which are the health system and the age rate. Infection since the start of the outbreak.
