The 12th relief convoy organized by the Zakat and Charities Fund crossed into Gaza through the Rafah Crossing, delivering tons of food supplies, clean water, medical materials, and other essential items. The shipment also includes infant formula, diapers, and urgently needed medicines as humanitarian needs continue to grow.
Officials said the convoy carries tens of thousands of fully equipped tents intended for families whose homes were destroyed, leaving them displaced amid ongoing hostilities.
The aid delivery is part of the global “Rescue Gaza” campaign, launched by the Grand Imam under the slogan “Strive with your wealth … and support Palestine.” More than 85 countries contributed to the preparation of the convoy, which aims to bolster relief efforts for civilians facing severe shortages and escalating humanitarian challenges.
The fund said additional convoys are being prepared as international support continues to expand.
