Unlike regular insurance, which is limited to students and government employees, comprehensive health insurance covers all citizens, fully supports those unable to pay, and simplifies procedures with digital systems.
The program has delivered over 37 million medical services across six governorates in its first phase.
In Ismailia, 66 healthcare facilities now provide integrated care, including specialized services in cardiology, orthopedics, and ophthalmology. Evening clinics cater to the elderly and disabled.
Interviews with staff highlighted efforts to enhance employee well-being and job satisfaction, while beneficiaries praised the efficient, paperless system and high-quality services.
