Rudy Giuliani, the former Mayor of New York, stated today that the ruling regime in Iran is gasping its final breaths under the weight of destruction from both internal and external pressures. He emphasized that its collapse is a question of "when," not "if," particularly given the absence of the head of the pyramid; the death of Ali Khamenei has left the regime as a body without a brain.

Speaking at a historic mass demonstration in Washington, D.C., which brought together thousands of free Iranians and supporters of the resistance, Giuliani said: "This great gathering represents the will of the Iranian people to establish a democratic republic based on the separation of religion and state and a non-nuclear Iran. It is a resounding endorsement of the 10-point plan presented by Mrs. Maryam Rajavi three decades ago as a guide toward the future that the People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) aspires to."

He added: "We are witnessing today the end of this so-called monster. When a regime is unable to even present its 'Supreme Leader' or allow the world to see him, we are facing a reality that confirms Khamenei has perished. This regime no longer has a face or vision. The Mullahs are merely insane fanatics and religious zealots; were it not for this madness, their rule would have ended long ago."

Giuliani continued by explaining the strategic vision regarding the nuclear threat: "Developments have proven the wisdom of President Trump’s decisive stance; this regime must never be allowed to become a nuclear power. Nuclear capabilities in the hands of an irrational government driven by anti-human desires is the worst nightmare the world could face. This regime has proven its absolute madness throughout its 47-year history, and unlike other international powers, these Mullahs do not even possess a rational instinct for survival."

Giuliani stressed that the ongoing external war has objectively resulted in the shattering of the Mullahs' military machine. He noted that the "Resistance Units" inside Iran are playing a pivotal role at this stage through intelligence gathering and strategic preparation for the moment of imminent collapse. He pointed out that the European Union’s designation of the IRGC as a terrorist organization—a decision driven by Kaja Kallas—represents a major victory for the resistance's demands and confirms that the international community has begun to realize the necessity of ending this dark era.

Giuliani explained that the regime remnants' resort to executions is a cry of panic. He strongly condemned the recent execution of eight members of the PMOI, including Vahid Bani Amerian and Abolhassan Montazer, stressing that these sacrifices strengthen the legitimacy of the democratic alternative led by Mrs. Maryam Rajavi through the Provisional Government to transfer sovereignty to the people.

Giuliani concluded his statement by saying: "The future is being forged by the organized resistance and the Iranian people, who refuse to return to the Shah's dictatorship or remain under the tyranny of the Mullah. The era of Velayat-e Faqih is over, and only a democratic republic based on the will of the people can establish peace and stability in the region."
