CNN reported that US forces and the international coalition forces against ISIS stationed on the Euphrates River in Syria were subjected to a missile attack yesterday (Wednesday), according to the German News Agency.
The network added, citing an unnamed American official, that the missile did not result in casualties or damage to infrastructure.
The official did not indicate who was behind the attack.
Wednesday's attack is the first since November 23, during which a truce was reached in the war between Israel and Hamas in Gaza.
American forces have been subjected to at least 74 attacks since October 17.
