UK Foreign Secretary James Cleverly on Monday called on Russia to immediately withdraw its forces from Ukraine and restore human rights within its borders and beyond.
He added that the investigation committee formed by this council last year proved that many war crimes had been committed in Ukraine.
Moreover, Cleverly pointed out that the Russian forces committed human rights violations on a systematic scale, including torture and killing of civilians, rape, violence and forced deportation.
