Clashes erupted between Palestinian citizens and the Israeli occupation forces, today, Thursday, in the town of Halhul, north of Hebron, according to what was published by the Palestinian News Agency (Wafa).
The agency reported that the occupation forces, in large numbers, stormed the center of the town of Halhul, closed the main street and prevented the movement of citizens, and raided and closed a money exchange shop.
As a result, clashes erupted between the youths and the occupation forces, during which the soldiers fired stun grenades and poison gas at citizens and shops, causing a number of them to suffocate.
On the other hand, the Israeli forces arrested, today 10 Palestinian citizens from several areas in the West Bank.
A Palestinian report stated that Israel had arrested more than 2,140 people from the beginning of this year until the end of last March, including 200 children and more than 35 women, most of them in Jenin in the northern West Bank and East Jerusalem.
