Confrontations broke out between Palestinians and the Israeli occupation forces, today, Tuesday, in various areas in the occupied West Bank, and the occupation forces arrested eight Palestinians.
Palestinian security sources said that the occupation forces arrested three young men after raiding and searching their homes in Ramallah and Al-Bireh in the central West Bank, and arrested others from different areas in Jerusalem and the west bank.
The sources added that confrontations broke out between the Palestinians and the occupation forces after they stormed the town of Beita, located south of Nablus Governorate.
The occupation forces used rubber bullets and tear gas bombs to disperse the townspeople who came out to confront them. As a result, a number of residents were injured by bullets and a number of others suffocated
