Prof. Dr. Mostafa El Feky, Director of the Alexandria Library, visited the City of Arts and Culture in the New Administrative Capital.
During his tour he visited libraries, exhibition halls, museums and art galleries.
This came in the presence of Major General Mohamed Amin, advisor to the President for Financial Affairs, and Professor Francis Richardone, President of the American University in Cairo.
El Feky emphasized that the interest in culture and the arts at this level is a point to be attributed to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and his aides.
He added that the Library of Alexandria cooperates with the City of Arts and its libraries and all its cultural centers.
The city of arts and culture established by the state in the New Administrative Capital is considered the largest artistic and cultural city in the Middle East, and is set to become the destination of scholars, researchers and intellectuals and a beacon for artistic, intellectual and cultural creativity.
