Chinese Ambassador to Egypt, Liao Liqiang, stated that Beijing and Cairo have worked to enhance collective cooperation at the (Chinese-Arab and Chinese-African) levels.
In his word, during Chinese Spring Festival ceremony, Liao stressed that both countries have maintained intensive coordination in international organizations and multilateral mechanisms to advance reform of the global governance system and preserve the core interests of the many developing countries, setting an example for cooperation and solidarity among developing countries.
“2022 is considered an unusual year for Egyptian-Chinese relations, as the comprehensive strategic importance of Chinese-Egyptian relations increased in light of the in-depth developments of the international and regional circumstances that the two countries went through," Liao added.
