The report recommends that all parties engage in dialogue and exchanges to enrich the concept and meaning of the Global Security Initiative. It also emphasizes the need for various forms of bilateral and multilateral security cooperation, innovative cooperation concepts and methods, and a commitment to promoting peace talks on international and regional hotspot issues.
