China launched six new experimental satellites into space on Saturday as part of its expanding efforts to advance space technology and research.

The satellites, part of the Xian-27 series, were launched from the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center in Shanxi Province, northern China.

The mission was carried out using a modified Long March 6 carrier rocket, which successfully delivered all six satellites into their pre-set orbits.

According to official Chinese sources, the satellites will primarily be used to study the space environment and conduct related technological experiments.

This launch marks the 570th flight mission of the Long March rocket series, underscoring China's increasing presence in the global space sector. The successful deployment reflects China's commitment to enhancing its satellite capabilities for both scientific exploration and potential commercial applications.

The Xian-27 satellites are expected to contribute to developments in space weather monitoring, satellite communication testing, and technological innovations in spacecraft design.
