China Cooperates with UAE to Produce Low-cost Anti-corona Vaccine

Wang Pi, Foreign Minister of China told the news agency of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), today Saturday, that his country seeks to coordinate with the UAE to produce low-cost anti-corona vaccines.

He added during an official two-day visit to the UAE, that the two countries plan to accelerate the joint production of the vaccines to make them the lesser cost and available across the world.

The Chinese minister assured that continuous growth in the strategic partnership based on three foundations that include the exchanged political strong confidence between the leaderships of both China and the UAE, vanguard cooperation, and the popular basis of the relationships in between China and the UAE.

The Chinese minister said that he is very happy to visit the UAE again as this country is famous in his country because the Chinese people appreciate the UAE for finding a unique and independent method for modernization.

He pointed out that this method mingled modernity and traditions, tolerance and openness that achieves coexistence and coherence between various civilizations in the world.

He revealed the   UAE is a confident friendly state to China in the Middle East, the Gulf, and the Arab world so the two countries are keen on continuous cooperation in the international arena.

Pi explained that the partnership between China and the UAE deepen in the era of the Coronavirus.

The UAE was the first country in the world that presented the Chinese- made a vaccine against COVID-19 which is known as Sinopharm last December.

It proved the effectiveness of 86% according to the last stage of clinical trials.

Pi went on to say that  China and the UAE cooperate in fighting the pandemic of COVID-19.

He stressed that cooperation is a symbol of deep relationships between the two countries.

He assured that the two countries achieved fruitful solidarity in confronting the deadly virus.
