The activities of the 4th Chinese-Arab forum on radio and television cooperation will kick off next Wednesday in Hangzhou city, China.
The forum will be attended by a number of Arab radio and television representatives, as well as officials from China's National Radio and Television Administration (NRTA).
On the sidelines of the forum, a workshop for senior Arab journalists and media professionals will be held in cooperation with studies and training institute at NRTA, under the auspices of Chinese ministries of commerce and foreign affairs.
It is scheduled that a galaxy of media experts will give lectures during the workshops.
Liu Ying, vice-president of the institute, said that the forum is an opportunity to learn more about China’s long history, enlightened culture as well as the latest developments in the radio and television sector.
The studies and training institute is a state-owned enterprise and the largest entity for studies in China's broadcasting sector.
It organizes various specialized theoretical exercises for employees of China's television organizations as well as relevant local and international seminars.
Noteworthy, Egypt and China have been enjoying strong and strategic cooperation, with Beijing expressing its support for Egyptian efforts to maintain stability, develop the economy, and improve the livelihoods of Egyptians.
