Chairman of the Sudanese Sovereignty Council, Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, will pay an official visit to the Libyan city of Tripoli, today, Monday, following an official invitation he received from the President of the Libyan Presidential Council, Mohamed Al-Menfi.
The Libyan Al-Wasat newspaper portal quoted what a source close to the Libyan Presidential Council described as saying that Al-Menfi received a message from Al-Burhan regarding preparations for a visit to Libya to discuss the Sudanese issue, during his meeting with the Sudanese ambassador to Libya, Ibrahim Mohamed Ahmed, on January 22nd.
