Regin left acting to pursue publishing in the 1980s.

Egyptian veteran actor, Mahmoud El Gendy passed away on April 11, after a battle with illness at the age of 74.
El Gendy was suffering from a health crisis which led to his hospitalization, where he continued to receive treatment for about 10 days until his death.

English-American actor, Peter Mayhew, best known for portraying Chewbacca in the Star Wars film series, died of a heart attack on April 30. He was 74.

The actress died at a hospital in Colorado on July 10, after her family removed her from life support.
In June 2018, Denise experienced a severe stroke after which she entered ICU for treatment.

Texas-based country singer Kylie Rae Harris passed away at age 30 in a three-vehicle car crash in northern New Mexico, on September 4.
Harris was driving at speeds in excess of 100 MPH.
Talaat Zakaria (1960-2019)
Egyptian actor Talaat Zakaria passed away on October 8, after a struggle with illness at the age of 58.
The comedian was taken to the 6th of October Hospital, where he died hours later, following health deterioration in the early hours of the day.
