Academy and Tony Award-winning actress Catherine Zeta-Jones is in incredible shape and regularly showcases her wonderful shape on social media, but how does she manage to look as good as she did 30 years ago when she began her career.
The Hollywood star, 51, opened up about her healthy lifestyle in an interview with the Wall Street Journal.
Zeta-Jones noted that she is careful with her diet, which includes balanced meals and limiting the number of sweet treats she would like to consume.
The actress added that she does not indulge in sweets as she only eats real food because she has to keep her figure, stating that she will start taking a lot of vitamins when she gets really old as she dreams to devour cakes and sweets for the rest of her life.
The "Zoro" actress is now playing Dr. Vivian Capshaw on the TV series "Prodigal Son" starring Michael Sheen.
