Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau arrived in Ukrainian capital, Kyiv, on a surprise visit to discuss the Ukraine-Russian crisis with President Vladimir Zelensky.
Earlier, Trudeau said that his country will support Ukraine as long as it is necessary, in its crisis with Russia.
Last week, Canada announced that it would provide new military aid to Ukraine worth 47 million Canadian dollars (34 million US dollars) to support it in confronting Russian forces.
The aid will include artillery shells, satellite communication systems, winter clothes, drones equipped with high-resolution cameras and other aid.
