The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) expects autumnal moderately hot weather to prevail in most parts of the country, during daylight hours on Sunday.
Moderately hot weather could hit North Coast, while South Upper Egypt, Red Sea Mountain trail, and South Sinai could experience hot weather.
Regarding the predictions of the seas, the Mediterranean Sea may see low to moderate waves, ranging between 1 and 1.75 meters in height with northeastern, and northern surface winds.
Waves in the Red Sea will be moderate, ranging between 1.5 and 2 meters in height with northwestern surface winds.
Regarding nighttime, pleasant weather may prevail across the country, and it could be colder toward dawn.
EMA also added that there is an expectation for drizzling in the western parts of North Coast, Lower Egypt, Central Sinai, Matrouh, Halayeb and Shalateen.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 26°C in Cairo, 26°C in Alexandria, 24°C in Marsa Matruh, 28°C in Sohag, 29°C in Qena, and 31°C in Aswan.
