CAF suspended on Saturday Pyramids' midfielder Ibrahim Hassan after testing positive for banned substances.
On his part, football’s director in Pyramids Hany Saeed said that Hassan underwent a doping test in the Confederation Cup semi-finals, and after that CAF informed the club with his suspension.
Saeed said that the player told the club thar he got these medicines for purpose of treatment and his only mistake was that 'he did not refer to the doctor of the team.'
The football’s director added that the club have their full confidence on the player, as he never got any doping.
