CAF Champions League Quarter Final Draw to Take Place on Tuesday

The draw for the CAF Champions League quarter final will take place on Tuesday at the Confederation of the African Football's headquarters.

The draw will take place at 15: 00 CLT.

Qualified Teams:

Group winners: Mamelodi Sundowns, Raja Club Athletic, Esperance du Tunis, Wydad Athletic Club.

Second placed teams: Al Ahly, ES Setif, CR Beliuizdad, Petro de Luanda

Some Stats of the Group Stage: 

There were 21 goals scored in the sixth and final round of the group phase, the second highest at this stage after round five which saw 25 goals scored.

Morocco’s Wydad Club Athletic were the highest scorers, hitting five goals past Petro de Luanda in Casablanca. The match pitting Zamalek and Sagrada Espranca was the only one that didn’t have goals.

There were only four clean sheets kept in this round of fixtures.
