British Defense and Foreign Ministers arrived in Japan on Tuesday to participate in the G7 meetings, which are expected to focus on reducing the escalation of the ongoing conflict in the Gaza Strip.
British Foreign Secretary James Cleverly and Defense Secretary Grant Shapps are scheduled to meet their Japanese counterparts Yuko Kamikawa and Minoru Kihara.
The foreign ministers of the G7 countries are also scheduled to meet today, Tuesday, and tomorrow, Wednesday, to discuss several issues, most notably the war in Gaza, the war between Russia and Ukraine, and tension in the Indo-Pacific region.
