The British Council has concluded its 2026 MENA UK Study Tour, reinforcing educational cooperation between Egypt, the United Kingdom, and several countries across the Middle East and North Africa.
The week-long programme, held from January 18 to 24 in London and Cambridge, brought together representatives from 12 Egyptian partner schools, alongside education leaders from Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Morocco, and Lebanon.
Participants attended leadership workshops, policy discussions, and school visits aimed at sharing best practices and enhancing institutional performance. Key themes included innovation in education, inclusive learning environments, teacher development, and leadership sustainability.
British Council officials said the initiative reflects ongoing efforts to strengthen international partnerships and support education systems in adapting to global challenges.
