British Prime Minister Boris Johnson stressed today, Friday, that the conflict in Ukraine may not end soon.
Johnson indicated the solid resistance faced by the Russian invasion leads to a prolongation of the conflict, according to Agence France-Presse (AFP).
When asked if he agrees with intelligence assessments that the fighting may continue until the end of next year, "Unfortunately, this is a realistic possibility," Johnson told reporters in New Delhi, noting that Russian President Vladimir Putin had made a "big mistake."
It is worth noting that Putin ordered Russian forces to sweep over Ukrainian territories on February 24.
