BREAKING: Sudan's Burhan Visits Cairo for Talks

Chairman of the Transitional Military Council of Sudan Lt. Gen. Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan arrived in Cairo Tuesday for a one-day official visit.

Al-Burhan is accompanied by the Sudanese Foreign Minister and the head of general intelligence.

The visit comes within the framework of fraternal consultations between both countries' leaders on files of common interest.

It is worth mentioning that, Israel and Sudan agreed on Friday agreed to normalize relations in a deal brokered with the help of the United States, making Sudan the third Arab country to set aside hostilities with Israel in the past two months.
