President Abdel Fattah El Sisi heads to Juba this morning, Saturday, to hold a summit with President of the Republic of South Sudan Salva Kiir, according to presidency Spokesman Bassam Rady.
“The President’s visit to South Sudan, which is the first of its kind, will witness an Egyptian-South Sudanese summit,” Rady stated.
“It will also discuss various issues related to the joint cooperation between the two countries, as well as ways to boost bilateral relations, especially at the economic and developmental level, in a way that contributes to achieving the interests of the two brotherly countries,” the spokesman added.
The Egyptian-South Sudanese summit will focus on the most important political developments on regional and continental issues of common interest.
