French Consul to Morocco's Tangier Denis Francois was found dead earlier Thursday inside his house, the Morrocan website Le360 reported.
According to sources, Francois hanged himself in his room, at around 7 am this morning.
It is worth mentioning that, the French diplomate assumed this position last October, replacing former French consul to Tangier Thierry Vallat.
Francois worked as an adviser at the French Foreign Affairs Ministry.
