Security forces in Brazil have regained control of the national Congress building and Presidential palace after supporters of former president Jair Bolsonaro stormed them.

On Sunday, Hundreds of supporters of Brazil's ex-president Jair Bolsonaro broke through police barricades and stormed into Congress - the presidential palace and the Supreme Court - in a dramatic protest against President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva's inauguration last week. 

Many world leaders strongly condemned these violent incidents that took place in the Brazilian capital, expressing their support to the Brazilian people and President Lula da Silva.
