BMW revealed its new high-performance M3 sedan and M4 coupe on Wednesday, with a collection of factory designed Performance Parts upgrades for the car.
According to Auto Car, the M4 xDrive coupe and its M3 xDrive saloon sibling are planned to follow the initial rear wheel drive models into showrooms next summer.
On other hand, the M3 and M4 have a carbonfibre-reinforced plastic roof with two ‘rails’ running lengthways to optimise airflow, a boot-mounted spoiler and a reworked rear bumper with a multi-channel diffuser and a pair of chromed round tailpipes either side.
In contrast, it includes a heavily structured front bumper, standard full-LED headlights, a bonnet that features two distinctive indents to accentuate the look of the grille, widened front wings and sills, air ducts within the front flanks and double-arm wing mirror housings.
The chassis of the M3 and M4 builds on those of the M340i and M440i, with an aluminium-intensive double-wishbone front and five-link rear suspension in combination with adaptive damping control. Alloy wheels with diameters of 18in at the front and 19in at the rear, shod with 275/40 and 285/35-profile tyres respectively, are fitted across both model ranges.
Both powertrains send the torque to the rear wheels, but BMW already announced an all-wheel-drive variant that will be offered solely on the automatic-only Competition models.
In addition, the all-wheel drive system will be rear-biased, and it will be possible to switch off the front axle entirely for some unfiltered drift action. Rear-axle torque is harnessed by a electronically controlled differential. When the optional M Drive Professional system is specified, axle slip can be adjusted on a range of a full 10 stages.
Last year, BMW introduced a sophisticated electric car that will be among the best electric vehicles on the market.
The new i7 featured with a rugged, lightweight body made from a special combination of metal and carbon fiber, equipped with large sport wheels, sophisticated LED lights and wide air vents.
This vehicle is equipped with technologies that allow it to park itself without the driver, and with the save trajectory function, which helps them to move within themselves in the streets and narrow streets, as well as the same lane he moved on the last drive when the driver drove.
All models of 7 Series cars, it has a luxurious cabin, sophisticated touch screens in front of each passenger and wireless charging systems for passengers in the front and rear seats.
