U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken considered Israeli raid on the refugee camp in Rafah, Palestine, as "horrific".
Blinken stated, "We have made it very clear to Israel that an immediate investigation must be conducted to determine what happened. Israel has had successes against Hamas, but they will not be fruitful in the absence of a plan for the day after the war."
He added, "I cannot specify what weapons were used during the Israeli raid on the refugee camp in Rafah, Palestine."
