US State Secretary Antony Blinken asserted, Tuesday, the US rejection of the forced displacement of the Palestinians.
Blinken added that the US also rejected any attempts to divide Gaza or apply a siege around it, in addition, he renewed that the US supports the two-state solution to make both Palestinians and Israelis live in peace.
He revealed that the unified administration of Gaza and the West Bank should be created, pointing out that Hamas' control over Gaza should be ended.
The US official expressed that Israel would not run the Gaza Strip.
The statements of Blinken came during a press conference on the sidelines of the G7 meetings.
He highlighted that the Tokyo meeting discussed the escalations in the Middle East, the humanitarian truce, and the protection of civilians.
