BLACKPINK's Rosé drops first solo project 'R'

Rosé, singer and band member of the K-Pop girl group BLACKPINK, finally dropped on Friday her first-ever solo project dubbed "R".

R features two songs, “On the Ground” and “Gone”. Rosé had also released a music video for “On the Ground.”

Ahead of the EP’s release, the singer talked about her new music, stating that she reflected on herself and realized how much she loves music, got comforted and grown with it.

She wrote the songs in English as she thought it was the most fitting language for them.
