Mohamed Mamdouh Elssbiay, known as Big Ramy, is a professional Egyptian bodybuilder who competes in the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB). He won the Mr. Olympia title twice, in 2020 and 2021, becoming the first Egyptian to win the title.
