Big Jump in Coronavirus Cases, Deaths in Germany

Germany announced today, Wednesday, a big jump in the new Coronavirus cases and deaths, during the past 24 hours.

The latest data from the Robert Koch Institute for Infectious Diseases in Germany showed that 24,740 new cases of coronavirus were detected, during the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of the recorded cases to one million and 554180.

The institute added that 962 deaths were registered, bringing the total number of deaths to 27,968.

The health authorities in Germany have warned of dire consequences after the emergence of a new strain of the new Coronavirus recently in Britain, this strain has moved to some European countries.
