Democratic nominee for the U.S. Presidential elections Joe Biden just delivered a setback to his rival incumbent Republican Donald Trump in his bid to get re-elected for second term in the White House, simply by getting one more important state; Wisconsin.

The high turnout this year in early voting due to an outbreak of the Coronavirus, has extended the time before a winner in the US presidential election is officially announced, and this is for the first time in the history of the United States.

So far, not all votes have been counted in a number of states that have become crucial to the re-election of Republican President Donald Trump or the victory of his Democratic rival Joe Biden.

According to statistics, Biden is leading in popular votes, but he still needs the votes of 270 senior members at the electoral college out of 538 to win the US presidency.

After a stormy election campaign that exposed the depth of political pisions in the United States, Americans flocked to the polling stations to cast their ballots, without showing any signs of problems there that some feared would arise after a heated campaign marked by provocative rhetoric.
