US President Joe Biden said on Saturday that Russian President Vladimir Putin has "clearly" committed war crimes, stressing that the International Criminal Court (ICC)'s decision to issue an arrest warrant against him was 'justified'.
"It's clear he committed war crimes," Biden said.
On Friday, the International Criminal Court (ICC) announced the issuance of an arrest warrant against Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The ICC claimed its responsibility for committing "war crimes" in Ukraine since the beginning of the Russian invasion late in February 2022.
But, the Russian Foreign Ministry considered the court's decision "meaningless."
