The New Orleans Police Department announced the discovery of a suspicious package at the scene of the vehicular attack in the state, which occurred hours ago and resulted in the deaths of 10 people and injuries to 30 others, including 4 in critical condition.
Authorities confirmed that the attacker has not yet been apprehended.
