US President Joe Biden has shown his support to Greece's hope for achieving regional stability in the Mediterranean, in addition, he expressed his hope for more stability in the region through a phone call on Friday with the Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
Both leaders discussed several mutual interest topics such as energy, climate change, and economic conditions, in addition, they renewed their commitment to cooperate together in such issues.
On the other hand, Biden expressed his appreciation for the mutual relations between both countries in defence cooperation.
Biden "congratulated Greece on the celebration of its bicentennial and expressed his commitment to further deepening the strong bilateral ties between our countries," the White House expressed in an official statement.
