The Speaker of the Lebanese Parliament Nabih Berri stressed that what happened yesterday and is happening today in terms of Israeli aggression against several areas in southern Lebanon requires a quick national response.
Berri added that the response should be represented in taking a sincere patriotic action that resists narrow personal interests and hateful sectarian quotas, which causes disruption and vacuum in state institutions.
He pointed out that if the executive authority remained pided, it would push Israel to launch more attacks against Lebanon and its south.
The Israeli entity is not deterred by the language of condemnation, as it understands only one language, which is the language of "unity and resistance."
He also discussed the matter during his meeting today with Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense and Foreign Affairs in the Lebanese caretaker government, Zina Aker.
Berri concluded that Lebanon went to submit an urgent complaint to the UN Security Council.
