The extremist Israeli Minister of National Security, Itamar Ben Gvir, threatened to withdraw his party from the ruling coalition in Israel led by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu if the war on Gaza was stopped before the Hamas movement was eliminated.
Ben Gvir said that the endowment had come to dismantle the narrow ruling coalition and the war government and return power to the expanded military-political government.
He wrote on the “X” platform: “If there is someone who intends to stop the Israeli army before defeating Hamas and returning all the kidnapped people, let him take into account that the Jewish Power Party will not be on his side. Reducing Israeli military activity in Gaza represents the failure of the reductionist war government to manage this crisis.” The war must be resolved immediately, and it is time to return the reins of power to the expanded government.”
Ben Gvir's comment came after the spread of a group of reports indicating that the Palestinian and Israeli sides are preparing to conclude a new truce aimed at releasing Israeli hostages from the Gaza Strip in exchange for a ceasefire and the release of Palestinian prisoners from Israeli prisons.
