The Belgian Royal Family released on Saturday the 2021 Christmas Card, following the tradition taken by the Royals since 2018, the Royal Palace of Brussels announced.
It featured King Philippe, Queen Mathilde, King Philippe, Queen Mathilde, Crown Princess Elisabeth, Prince Gabriel, Prince Emmanuel, and Princess Eleonore.
All of them stood together in a very warm and festive Christmas-like style.
The Belgian Royal Family was not the only Royal Family in the world that released Christmas cards, the Prince of Wales, Charles, and his wife the Duchess of Cornwall, Camilla, released the 2021 Christmas card two weeks ago.
The royals card depicted them while using face masks as a move to raise awareness of wearing masks and following protective measures due to the emergence of COVID-19.
Prince Charles and Duchess Camilla said: “It is the most enormous tribute to the remarkable ingenuity and determination of everyone involved that, one year after the first COVID-19 vaccination, more than a hundred million doses have now been delivered.”
In the same context, the Duke of Cambridge, Prince William, and his wife, the Duchess of Cambridge Kate, revealed their Christmas card for this season.
The Cambridges followed their same Christmas cards’ tradition that is based on depicting warm, and family photos, featuring the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, and their three children Prince George, 8, Princess Charlotte, 6, and Prince Louis, 3.
The couple expressed: “Delighted to share a new image of the family, which features on this year’s Christmas card.”
